Ninfia (New Eeveelution)

Finally, a new eeveelution!!!!
Now I really like this new pokemon, Ninfia.

Her colors look a little more like Skitty's colors. (I also don't know what type is this pokemon.)
I see a lot of fanarts of Ninfia, so I want to draw her too...
